A(nother) HTML5/Javascript DICOM Viewer

Background:
I'll be honest. I last programmed HTML when the <DIV> was first introduced in Netscape Communicator.
Turns out that medical school & post-graduate specialist training takes up most of your time. Also - 3 kids.
This viewer came about after I discovered orthanc which allowed me to retrieve DICOM data through a web interface.
Fast forward a few months, and I've realized that reading a DICOM file directly wasn't really that difficult. *facepalm*

Features:

Entire code is kept in a single file.

ZIP, Jpeg and LeapMotion support files are in the ZIP sub-folder

Drag & drop functionality. Can be used immediately without configuration.

Directly plugged into Orthanc using the ServeFolders plug-in

Limitations:

~~Slow loading for larger studies / multiple slices. E.g. A CT study of 120 slices takes about 1 minute.~~

Incomplete DICOM without VR declaration cannot be parsed.

~~Supports only Implicit VR Little Endian pixel data. (No support for JPEG, etc)~~.

Parsed pixel data is now kept in a multi-dimensional array (pixelArray[instanceNumber][]). Previously, t'was kept as a string which needed to be .split(). Result: improved speed and able to load up to 120 slices.

Corrected panning and zooming bug

Canvas data is not re-written unless currentSlice or windowing is changed. Result: improved speed.
